1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any service through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services or proceeding with a booking.

2. Description of Services

I offer babysitting services for children from the age of 1 year and up, strictly by prior appointment.

Services are available daily, depending on availability and family needs. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for every child.

3. Payment Methods

• All payments are securely processed through a Bank of Greece within a safe and encrypted environment that complies with the latest international security standards (PCI DSS).

           We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and other major card providers. Your card details            are encrypted and handled exclusively by the bank’s secure payment gateway — our company does not store any            sensitive payment information.

           Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your transaction and reservation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: Available up to 1 month before the scheduled service date.

• Partial refund (50%): Available for cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled date.

• No refund: For last-minute cancellations (14 days or less) before the scheduled service, no refund can be provided due to reserved time and availability.

5. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or guardians must:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding any allergies, special needs, or medical conditions of the child.

• Remain readily available for contact during the duration of the service, in case of emergency or need.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide services with care and professionalism, I am not responsible for:

• Delays in child pickup or drop-off due to circumstances beyond my control.

• Damage to personal belongings of the child or family.

• Changes in sleep routine or behavior (e.g., delayed sleep due to anxiety).

• Stained or worn clothing during the babysitting session.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information provided during booking or while using the service is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service-related purposes.

• Personal data (e.g., email, name) may be collected via the website for communication or service updates.

• During the provision of services, photo or video material may be taken and published for professional purposes, with children’s faces blurred to ensure privacy and anonymity.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
